Chhat Puja Date
2023 Chat Puja Chhath, begins on November 17 and ends on November 20.

The day of Chhath Puja,  known as Chhath parab , people thank the Sun God for his blessings. People ask Lord Surya for the longevity  of their family members. The Chhat Puja date is remarkable in Hindu Shastra. The devotees stand at the banks of the river ghats for long hours. The significance of Chhath Puja is agriculturally referred to as a post-harvest festival, where people faith for a good harvest.

How Chhat Puja is celebrated

The puja of Chhath celebration is divided into six dias of soul purification

Fasting during the Chhath Puja detoxifies the mind and body.

Standing in any water body reduces the release of energy and eases the prana (psychic energy) to move upwards to the Sushumna (psychic channel in the spine).

Nextly the cosmic solar energy enters the Triveni complex- the pineal, pituitary and hypothalamus glands. This process through the retina and optic nerves.

Now the Triveni complex gets activated.

The spine gets polarized turning the body of devotees into a cosmic powerhouse that receives the Kundalini Shakti.

Finally, the body of the devotee turns into a channel for conducting, recycling and transmitting energy of the universe.

Belief makes the rituals provide mental calmness and enhance immunity, infusion of energy and reduction of anger, and other negative emotions.

जिंदगी में आए खुशियों की बहार,

आपको मुबारक हो नहाय खाय का त्योहार।

छठ पूजा की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं!
